1. The Browser-First Guarantee

Fyloxa is built upon a fundamental architectural design: **all file processing happens locally inside your browser memory**. When you use our PDF splitter, image compressor, AI background remover, or code formatters:

• Your source files are never uploaded to our servers, third-party systems, or remote storage.
• Processing execution takes place on your device CPU/GPU utilizing WebAssembly (WASM), WebGL, and client-side JavaScript APIs.
• When you close the browser tab, all processed file residue is immediately wiped from your browser memory.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

Because processing runs completely client-side:

• We do not see, log, copy, inspect, or retain the content of the files you import.
• We do not maintain server-side databases containing user documents or metadata.
• No user registration is required, removing the need for us to capture email addresses or identity credentials to access standard features.

3. LocalStorage & Settings Preference

We use standard browser LocalStorage to store basic interface preferences like your active color theme (dark mode / light mode). This configuration is purely local and is not sent to our systems.

4. Security

Since your data never traverses the internet for execution, standard network vulnerabilities (like MitM interception or server database leaks) are completely mitigated at the source level.
