By accessing and using the Fyloxa website, services, and local browser-based utility applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Fyloxa provides offline-first, client-side utility programs (including PDF operations, image conversion, code formatting, and local background removal) that run directly in your web browser. All computation is handled on your CPU/GPU. We do not host your files or upload them to any remote database.
Since processing happens entirely on your local machine, there are no resource limits enforced by our servers. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring your system has sufficient RAM and computing capacity to execute these local utilities on large datasets.
The code, platform designs, brand names, and assets of Fyloxa remain the exclusive property of our organization. The underlying helper libraries (like pdf-lib or ONNX runtimes) are used in accordance with their respective open-source license agreements.
